Boilerplate
isitfunky is the global discovery platform for natural wine — an independent, curated map of 1,000+proven natural wine bars, restaurants and bottle shops across 100+ cities, and the producers behind their lists. Every venue we call natural shows its proof, with a source and a date, and nothing is pay-to-play. isitfunky.com
Citable facts
- isitfunky maps 1,000+ proven natural wine venues across 100+ cities and 30+ countries, each with its proof, a source and the date we checked.
- In total: 7,250+ venues indexed, 1,500+ with proof on file, in 120+ cities across 40+ countries. Only the venues with proof on file are called proven.
- Natural wine has no legal definition and no official regulatory body; isitfunky fills that gap by showing the proof behind every listing (the venue's own site, its wine list, named press, natural importers) with a source and a date.
- No venue can pay for placement or a better score on isitfunky — curation is independent by policy.
- The isitfunky supply graph links bars to the producers, importers, and distributors behind their lists — so a wine can be traced from the vineyard to the glass.
