- What we collect: account, orders, gifts, location while the app is open
- What we never do: sell data, share location with venues
- Photos from Google Places and Instagram: shown live, owned by their authors
- Your rights under Québec Law 25 and PIPEDA: access, correction, deletion, portability
- Retention: order records 6 years for tax, everything else until you delete
- Cookies and analytics, with a plain opt-out
- Who we share with: the processors below, and a travel partner only if you request a trip
