What we found
Most natural wine rooms with music are listening rooms, not stages. 13 of 56 are live band or jazz rooms; the other 43 are hi-fi and DJ bars.
So the band product can't just be “book a gig”. For most of these rooms the right night is an album playback: the record on a great system, a wine chosen for it, the band in the room to talk about both.

The Cellar Set

A stripped-back set in a room that already books musicians: jazz rooms, back rooms, a 175-cap concert bar. Built for duos, trios and solo acts, not full-volume rigs.

The Route

Playbacks and Cellar Sets strung into one run: routed by distance, not wishful thinking. One producer poured at each stop, so every night has a wine story as well as a set.

The Release Cuvée
Producer-funded custom
A natural winemaker pours, or labels, a cuvée for the record. The producer funds it the way they'd fund a tasting; the band gets a release night with a bottle nobody else has.
