Events are reviewed before they appear. We check the date, the venue and the link, usually with the venue itself. Nothing you send is published as-is.
Listing is free, and it isn’t for sale: if it belongs in the calendar, it’s listed.
DJ sets and pop-ups go on Scenes, where people follow the DJ, series or collective from venue to venue. Add the lineup and the collective. Not at a bar or shop? Give the address and we’ll list it as a pop-up location.
We won’t list an event that advertises free glasses, an open bar “on us” or drinks for the first guests through the door. The venue sells the drinks, at its prices. 18+ in Québec, 21+ in New York.
