Stories and evenings made with the people who make a city feel alive.
Boutique hotels, hospitality groups, and travel, design or lifestyle brands.
In your words
- I want content about my neighbourhood that doesn't look like an ad.
- I want my guests to have a better night than the concierge list.
- I want an evening that puts my brand in the right room, legally.
- I want clear deliverables, rights and a report.
Without us
- Influencer posts are one-offs with no local depth.
- Agencies are expensive and don't know the bars.
- Alcohol-adjacent sponsorship is a legal minefield.
Working now
Live works today. On request is arranged by email. Pilot is built but not open yet.
The offer page and inquiry: one local story or shoot a month, three vertical clips, stills, one landing page or guide, a short report.
Hotel-linked evenings and client dinners at the right room. The venue sells the room and drinks; our fee is separate and in writing.
- IsItFunky in Residence →On request
A short stay that produces a neighbourhood film, three local interviews, a curated map and an optional gathering.
- Travel →On request
A weekend drafted from the index for your guests: a concept, by request. Nothing is booked or sold on the site.
- Crawls →Live
A walkable night across proven bars near your door, to share with guests.
The films and series: the editorial world your work sits beside, not inside.
Not built yet
- Merch collaborationsComing
Neighbourhood objects: caps, tumblers, totes, linen.
Who pays for what
- Proof stamps, the badge, placement and editorial selection are never for sale.
- Sponsors never buy editorial selection. Commercial work is labelled #pub and kept apart from guides and Funk50.
- A complimentary stay or meal is production support, not payment, and is disclosed.
- No 'drinks on [brand]'. A non-alcohol sponsor can pay a bar directly for a closed reception once invitation wording is cleared.
