What a collection can look like
Concepts, not live partnerships. The IsItFunky logo stays; a partner's lockup is used only with written permission, and each collection names who sells and who serves.

Who gets credit, and how you're paid
Our proposal for the pilot. Final terms are in your signed agreement.
- Who gets credit
- Your code wins. Otherwise, the last eligible referral from your link within a disclosed 30-day window. Credit is fixed at checkout, one creator per order unless a campaign says otherwise.
- What you earn
- A share of isitfunky's own fee, or a fixed campaign budget. Never a cut of the venue's compensation, and never money from the drink.
- When you're paid
- Only under a signed agreement, after the refund window closes, with minimums, timing and reversals written down.
- Your audience's data
- Recipients' contact details aren't shared with creators or sponsors.
- Audience size
- One input, not a promise. We don't pay for followers; we pay for what's agreed.
Paid work is labelled on the work
- Never on the drink
- Rewards and codes apply to isitfunky's own fees and products. The glass is always bought from the bar at its regular price. No discount, credit or refund ever touches alcohol.
- No glass giveaways
- Gift a Glass is one person to another. Sending glasses to followers, contests for drinks, or 'first 10 get a glass' posts turn a gift into a promotion, and that's not allowed.
- Say it's paid
- Every paid post carries #ad / #pub or "partenariat payé". It's the law in Canada and the US, not a style choice.
- How it's shown
- No drinking as status, as a reward, or as the way to meet someone. Never 'free', 'on us' or 'gratuit'. 18+ audiences (21+ in the US), French first in Québec.
- Bars stay unbought
- Creators never get paid by bars through isitfunky, and a creator deal never moves a bar in the guide or toward the badge.
