Refund policy

  1. Gift a glass: full refund, fees included, until the pass is used. No expiry.
  2. Used gifts can’t be refunded; problems with a visit go to support
  3. Shop: 30 days, unused. Engraved items are final sale. Pre-orders refundable until they ship
  4. Supper clubs and hosted experiences: full refund up to 72 hours before
  5. Travel requests: set by the travel partner, shown before you accept
  6. How long refunds take: 5–10 business days to the original card
