For importers · Stockist lists

Your stockist list, put to work.

Send us the link to your 'where to find our wines' page. After review, it becomes proof for the venues on it and adds them to your producers' pages, so drinkers can actually find the bottles you placed.

Send your list

Two links and where you work

A public page is all we need. We don’t need a spreadsheet, a login or anything private, and we don’t publish your contact details.

Importers, distributors and private-import agencies (in Québec, SAQ private-import agents) all welcome. More on what we do together: isitfunky for importers.

The public page listing the bars, restaurants and shops that carry your wines.

Sending a list is free, and being on one is never paid.

What happens next

From your page to the proof

  1. Step 1You send the linkThe public page where you list the bars, restaurants and shops that carry your wines, and your portfolio.
  2. Step 2A person reviews itWe check the portfolio is natural-focused. Mixed portfolios are set aside, not counted.
  3. Step 3We read it, politelyThe page goes into our evidence queue and is read at a gentle pace, like any visitor would.
  4. Step 4It becomes proofEach venue on it is matched to the index. Your list is one dated source behind its proof stamp, shown where anyone can check it.

The rules

How we use your list

Never paid
Being on a stockist list, or sending us one, costs nothing and buys nothing. No importer can pay for a venue's stamp or position.
One list isn't the headline
A single importer list earns a lighter 'carries natural wine' stamp. Two importers, or one plus other proof, can earn more.
Nothing guessed
We only count venues we can match to your page. If a venue stops carrying you, a newer source replaces the old one.
