New to New York lists
Producers first seen on a New York list in the last 90 days. “New” means new to the lists we've read, so it needs 180 days of history first.
- One list = one venue's wine list as we read it in the window, however many times we read it.
- Lists come from proven venues' own sites and wine lists (our crawl), and from verified owners' uploads and tonight posts. Each reading is dated and kept, so trends compare like with like.
- A producer on a list is a fact about the list. We don't call a producer natural from lists alone.
- Nobody can pay to appear here. Grapes and regions come from the producer's own site or importer.
