A client dinner, the team’s holiday party, an offsite afternoon or a launch, in natural-wine rooms that feel like a good night rather than a function room. Same packages, same rule: you pay the venue for what you drink.

Team offsite afternoon
$85 per person · 8+ guests. A team's afternoon away from the desk.
Private crawl
$250 planning + $50 per person · 2+ guests. Your group only, on your date: friends, family, a visiting crew.
Buyout
From $750 flat · The whole room, up to the venue's capacity. A private venue night: the whole room, yours.
The venue sells the food and drink
Your company pays the venue's bill, at the venue's prices. We never hold that money, and nothing is ever "on us".
Two invoices, easy to expense
The venue invoices its services; we invoice our planning and hosting separately. Both in writing, both in your company's name.
For December, ask early
Rooms that take groups fill first in the holiday season. A month and a headcount are enough to start.

We can coordinate the RSVPs

Tell us who’s invited and we’ll send the invitations, collect RSVPs, dietary needs and plus-ones, follow up with the ones who haven’t answered, and give each venue one final headcount by the date in your quote. Guests’ details are used for this night only, and a venue gets just the list it needs to seat and serve them.

The organising, and the extras that make it yours

The rule

You pay the venue for what you drink, at its regular price. Our fee is for organising and hosting.

The group pays each venue directly for food and drink, at the prices on its menu. We never hold that money, never discount a drink and never call anything free.

How pricing works

Per person, in writing, before anything is booked

Each occasion is priced like our crawl packages: per person, for the planning, the group bookings and a host on the night. Wine is bought from the venues, at their prices. You get an itemised quote first. Nothing is booked or charged until you agree it. All prices in Canadian dollars, before tax.

For example: a birthday for 10 comes to $600 for planning and hosting, plus an optional isitfunky tip of $120 at 20%. The group pays each bar for what it drinks.

The venues' bills
Food and drink at each venue's regular prices, paid to the venue directly. Not through us.
Tax
In Montréal, GST and QST (14.975%) apply to our price and add-ons.

The venue's policy for its tables; ours for our price and add-ons, written in your quote.

What we never do

The lines we don’t cross

No free drinks
No open bar 'on us', no free first glass. The venue sells every drink.
No discounts on alcohol
Our fee never comes off the wine, and we never offer a cheaper glass. In Québec that's the law, and we keep to it everywhere.
No drinking games
A night out, not a race. We count places, never glasses.
No booking without a yes
A venue hosts your group only once it has agreed to. We never book on its behalf.

The occasion, a date or two and a rough headcount are enough to start. We reply by email with a plan and an itemised quote. Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until you agree it.

Your request is private. A venue only sees your details once you’ve agreed to the plan.
