One Night Stand

One bottle. One night.

A ticketed popup series with four rules and no exceptions. The bar buys the bottle through its wholesaler and sells the seats; thirty people find out what it is 24 hours before doors.

The four rules
One bottle
A single cuvée, poured all night. Nothing else on the list matters for one evening.
One venue
A funky room that becomes the stage. The venue keeps the bar; we bring the crowd.
One night
Doors at 7. Bottle gone by 10. No second night, no reruns.
Thirty seats
Small enough that everyone meets the producer.

30 seats × $40 = $1,200 a night, sold by the bar. Tickets sell on a Stripe link charged to the bar's own account, no app; payment to isitfunky, as the bar's agent, is payment to the bar. isitfunky is paid a flat fee. The producer does not supply bottles. First five nights are run by hand, on purpose — the case study is worth more than the software.
