For owners
Less admin, more of the right guests, and money that reconciles.
The person who runs a venue: signs the terms, does the books, sets the list.

Venue tools, later

The rules we work by
- Proof stamps, the badge, placement and editorial selection are never for sale.
- No gift balance ever expires or carries fees; unredeemed value is owed, not our profit.
- Deposits must cover commitments before any supplier spend on a group.
- Bars and producers see attribution only as aggregate counts.
